Terms & Conditions – ILT8

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ILT8, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Players must be at least 18 years old or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
Accounts must be created with accurate personal information. ILT8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements.
Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited may not register or play on ILT8.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. ILT8 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from failure to secure your login.
Multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, or collusion will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit: MYR 30. Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50. Maximum withdrawal limits and daily withdrawal frequency depend on VIP tier. See VIP page for details.
All deposits must be made via approved payment methods. ILT8 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or require verification.
Withdrawals are subject to verification checks. Funds obtained from fraudulent activity or abuse of promotions may be forfeited.

5. Promotions and Bonuses

All promotions, bonuses, and campaigns are subject to specific terms and conditions.
ILT8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time without notice.
Players must comply with wagering and eligibility requirements. Abuse of promotions will result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.

6. Responsible Gaming

Players are encouraged to set personal limits on deposits, losses, and playtime.
ILT8 provides self-exclusion and responsible gaming tools. Players experiencing gambling problems should seek professional assistance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Manipulating games, software, or platform systems is strictly prohibited.
Fraud, collusion, hacking, or exploitation of system errors may lead to permanent account closure and confiscation of funds.
Players may not share accounts or use ILT8 for illegal activities, including money laundering.

8. Platform Integrity & Technical Disclaimer

ILT8 does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for server downtime, network failure, or external factors affecting gameplay.
Games are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness.
Players are responsible for using compatible devices and stable internet connections.

9. ILT8 Rights

ILT8 reserves the full right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions, game rules, VIP levels, deposits/withdrawal limits, and promotions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of ILT8 constitutes acceptance of such changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

ILT8 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including lost funds, interrupted play, or technical issues. All gameplay carries risk, and ILT8 makes no guarantee of profit.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

All user data is collected and processed in accordance with the ILT8 Privacy Policy.
Data is encrypted and securely stored. Players consent to data collection necessary for account verification, transactions, and regulatory compliance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in relation to ILT8 use shall be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.

13. Final Agreement

By using ILT8, players confirm they have read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions. ILT8’s decisions regarding gameplay, account issues, promotions, and compliance are final and binding.
